The location was lovely, only 5 minutes walk to a modern museum. A greenery and a park were next to the hotel.

The breakfast was nice hot and delicious with eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit plus fresh pastries and we thoroughly enjoyed the garden where the food was served. The location was marvellous and...

Incredible central location close enough to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with balloons, excellent rainfall shower plus robes and that's great.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central Sheffield and I have to say, it was a great experience. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and just besides the peaceful winter gardens. There were so many different restaurants on the doorstep,...  

The staff here was friendly and gave me a room with air conditioning and great views. They also provided coffee and a shower.

The hotel was newly remodelled and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast at a reduced rate was served in the restaurant. It had incredible and pleasant location near Winter Gardens. And it was also so close to shops, communal areas and bars. The check-in was quick, we really enjoyed main bar. Our new year was fairly nice, would come here again.

Generous and delicious breakfast in the garden to start the day. Newly renovated and excellent quality rooms with comfy bed and amazing view looking over peace gardens plus shower. Gorgeous, good location adjacent to restaurants, bars and shops as well as a pedestrian area.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The rooms are air-conditioned with very well appointed bathrooms and have a nice interior. The service is very good, includes discounted parking. Overall, there is free Wi-Fi that works well throughout the property.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of a vibrant district. It was just a short walk from the station, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. Plus, the hotel was situated right next to a peaceful garden, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

Our only recommendation is that the hotel could improve their customer service. There were instances where our requests were not prioritized, even though we were told they would be taken care of promptly.

The Mercure Sheffield St Paul's Hotel & Spa is a clean place with a splendid view over Millennium Gardens and Sheffield city centre. They serve good dishes and are located right next to the lovely Botanical Garden. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access Sheffield, other bars and restaurants, and stores during the lockdown.

Our room had clean air conditioning and an open and airy feel, with really comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, not far from a lovely park.

Phenomenal very central location, really close to centre of Sheffield, the railway station, and restaurants. Superfriendly and accommodating staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Airy classic queen room, exceptionally comfortable beds.
