Attentive personnel on the reception desk and outstanding food. Lovely clean facilities in general, stunning location in the fountains on Friday 19th. Easy walk to The Art House.

The breakfast was hot and delicious at a reduced rate, and excellent value for money as opposed to other options. Its location was good, right in city centre, and in a truly beautiful area. Also, The National Videogame 

Liked how gorgeous and romantic the property was and its sincere staff with good old fashion customer service.

Efficient check-in, decent size rooms with robe and brilliant view overPeace Gardens. Great and lovely location with the train station based walk from the venue.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here fantastic 3 nights. Really enjoyed how nicely appointed and good standard the property was and its service-oriented staff despite the best efforts of the staff. The meal

Would recomand to all. Superb base for 3 nights with very professional and friendly professional staff with the receptionist who checked. Lovely pool, magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to the tram line. Plus, walking distance to Area 

The place was lovely welcoming, with its efficient staff on shift.

Its location was amazing right in city centre. And we were very close to great restaurants, and London and Sheffield.

Incredible location right by the adjoining Winter Gardens as well as restaurants such as pizza express. The breakfast at a reduced rate.

Everyone was very informative and particularly helpful. The room was well-maintained and air-conditioned and it had a bath and a walk-in shower, that's cool.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Good customer service provided. Easy parking on site. A very beautiful area, particularly good and unbeatable location close enough to all the bars and the nightclubs. Besides, easy access to a modern museum.  

The employees at the hotel were really polite and superfriendly. Booked a room with scenic views of the wo n't end gardens.

This hotel was relaxing base for exploring Sheffield, truly enjoyed it and venue’s smart and efficient staff despite the best efforts of the staff.

It has good hot breakfasts and caring staff with good old fashion customer service.
